Event Manager & Account Executive

  • Project Management: leading account from initial brief to execution on site; guiding development
    of proposals, scopes of work, production schedule and staffing plan as they relate to solutions; creating client-facing presentations and production playbooks; managing clients with clear communication regarding program status/action items achieved under strict deadlines

  • Budget Management: revenue control throughout program; managing third party costs in multiple currencies; producing updated and accurate estimates; reconciling budgets and tracking expenses

  • Vendor Management: sourcing, briefing and managing vendors throughout program; exceptional negotiation for best talent and pricing always; utilizing existing relationships to enhance events; researching new venues and business opportunities; hiring exceptional talent fitting for the event and client
